Items to be covered include a scientist’s view of the lake, lake level regulation, regulatory aspects of water quality, a watershed projects benefiting the lake, a keynote address by Commissioner Grannis of the NYS DEC, funding opportunities for municipalities and businesses, economic development related to water, and a response to pharmaceuticals in water. A workshop offered by the New York Sea Grant will address understanding risk, reaching new and diverse customers, current trends in coastal resource users, and making business decisions in times of uncertainty.
