Energy $mart Communities Coordinators

This program provides outreach and education to individual homeowners on energy efficiency options available to them. One of our staff serves as the coordinator in the Finger Lakes region of the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority’s (NYSERDA) Energy $mart Communities program.

Business Coordinator

Lee Loomis, Business Coordinator, NYSERDA’s Energy $mart Communities program holds a BSME from Clarkson University and an MBA from Rochester Institute of Technology. His experience in energy technology and end-use energy efficiency emanates from his 30+ years as Senior Account Manager with Rochester Gas & Electric Corporation, where he developed and managed projects in energy efficiency and alternate energy technologies. Residential Coordinator

Haley Rotter, Residential Coordinator, NYSERDA’s Energy $mart Communities holds a B.A. in Public Relations from SUNY @ New Paltz. She studied “Sustainability and Renewable Energy Technology” at the Solar Living Institute in Hopland, CA as an intern. Her passion for the environment and her communication skills make her a good fit at the Center for Environmental Information, as an Energy $mart Communities Coordinator.
